Why train in first aid?
Every year in Switzerland, more than 8,000 cardiorespiratory arrests occur outside hospitals. When faced with a medical emergency, every second counts. Being trained in first aid means being able to act quickly and effectively to save a life – whether at work, at home or in the public space.
Whether you’re an individual concerned about those around you or a company concerned about the well-being of your employees, taking a certified first aid training course is a citizen and professional commitment. It is also an essential compliance lever for meeting the requirements of the Swiss legal framework (MSST ordinance) in terms of occupational health and safety.
Our training courses cover a wide range of situations: loss of consciousness, stroke, bleeding, burns, choking, but also the correct use of a defibrillator (AED) and the right reflexes when faced with a child in distress.
Training means:
- strengthening professional risk prevention,
- improving collective reflexes in the face of the unexpected.,
- offer a more secure and reassuring working environment,
- and obtain a recognised official certification (SRC, IAS).
Saving actions cannot be improvised. By mastering them, you become a actor in safety and collective resilience, whether in your family, organisation or community.
