Strengthen your response to critical emergencies in the workplace
The BLS-AED-SRC Trauma course is designed to address life-threatening emergencies and high-risk situations in the workplace. Available in the cantons of Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Valais and Jura, it offers an enhanced programme combining the foundations of BLS-AED with specific preparation for serious trauma: massive bleeding (including training in the use of a tourniquet), electrical shock, falls from height, and head or back injuries.
Participants develop practical skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, major injury management and emergency response organisation, while incorporating best practices related to their work environment. This module takes into account the requirements of Article 36 of Ordinance 3 to the Employment Act and provides an official BLS-AED-SRC certificate, valid for 2 years.
The training scenarios simulate real-life situations encountered in the workplace, strengthening response reflexes, rapid decision-making and coordination with emergency services. This format is ideal for employees exposed to operational risks, HSE managers or anyone responsible for ensuring safety within their team.
Explore our other certified courses, such as IAS 1 and IAS 2, as well as our specialised sessions in paediatric first aid, fire safety, evacuation and psychosocial risk management. Our experts also conduct MSST audits (CFST Directive 6508) and offer tailored solutions to make work environments safer and strengthen the culture of first aid within organisations.
