Conflict management and external violence
In-company or face-to-face training: Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, Neuchatel, Valais and Jura
Target audience:
Training is aimed at professionals working in establishments open to the public who wish to improve their conflict management skills and deal with verbal and physical violence. The training is given in the cantons of Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, Neuchatel, Valais and Jura.
Introductory training (3 hours)
Objectives:
- Understand the mechanisms of aggression and the legal framework.
- Apply communication techniques to defuse verbal violence.
- Use defence methods while respecting the principle of self-defence.
Content:
- General knowledge: Typologies of violence, prevention, legal framework.
- Management of external violence: Techniques to counter verbal and physical aggression.
- Practical exercises: Simulations, analysis and collective debriefing.
Awareness training (7 hours)
Objectives:
- To deepen understanding of external violence and prevention strategies.
- To master advanced communication and defence techniques.
- To manage the legal and psychological consequences of aggression.
Content:
- Legislation and safety:Legal framework, civil and criminal liabilities.
- Practical approaches:Prevention, communication, management of armed conflicts.
- Advanced exercises: Simulations, analysis, experience sharing and consolidation of acquired knowledge.
