Yes. The BLS-AED life-saving techniques training course is a short 2-hour introductory course focusing on the essential techniques for responding to cardiac arrest, without covering the full range of BLS-AED skills. The non-CPR-certified BLS-AED training is more comprehensive and structured, lasts 4 hours, includes adult/child/infant care and is based entirely on the 2021 BLS-AED-CPR algorithm. It is still non-certifying, but offers a more advanced level of proficiency.
Yes. SafetyFirst offers this training directly at your premises for groups of up to 12 people. This format is very popular with companies wishing to quickly raise awareness among their teams about life-saving techniques.
The techniques taught are aligned with the BLS-AED-CPR algorithm, but the training is shorter, simplified and non-certifying. It covers the essentials: recognising cardiac arrest, CPR, AED, PLS, without the assessment requirements of CPR.
