The non-SRC-certified BLS-AED training course is available throughout French-speaking Switzerland, with sessions organised directly at your premises or in a SafetyFirst training room. We regularly operate in the regions of Geneva, Lausanne, Nyon, Morges, Montreux, Fribourg and Sion.
This module only requires a quiet indoor space where participants can practise on mannequins and educational AEDs, making it an ideal solution for companies wishing to quickly train several teams on site.

- Perform ventilation with a pocket mask
- Use an automated external defibrillator (AED)
- Place an unconscious victim in the recovery position (PLS)
- Recognise the signs of a stroke, heart attack or airway obstruction
- Respond to realistic emergency scenarios appropriate to their professional environment

- First aider safety and scene assessment
- Recognition of life-threatening emergencies: adults, children, infants
- Calling 144 and the role of the chain of survival
- External cardiac massage with quality feedback
- Ventilation: mouth-to-mouth and pocket mask
- Use of a training AED
- Placing the patient in the recovery position (RPM)
- Clearing the airway (Heimlich manoeuvre)
- Signs of stroke, heart attack and related emergencies
- Working in pairs and effective communication
- Practical exercises and immersive scenarios inspired by real-life situations
